    He is responsible for the parliamentary files related to the Digital Single Market - on topics as diverse as e-governance, e-commerce, copyright, data protection and cybersecurity.Yasen is heavily involved in the advancement of computer literacy and coding skills across the Union, supporting Eva Paunova's activities as European Commission's ambassador for E-skills in Bulgaria (a campaign implemented in Bulgaria by BAIT). He also assists Ms Paunova in promoting EU Code Week in October 2015. Furthermore, Yasen was a member of the jury at the coding competition EUhackathon 2014 'Hack4Participation'.Prior to working at Parliament, Yasen was part of the Information office team of the European Commission in Brussels, as well as gained considerable experience at the UN and the OSCE in Vienna. While at university, he has worked with the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and supervised a team of fifteen at the international marketing agency Repucom, Germany. Yasen holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Centre for European Studies at the University of Bonn.

    Ms Lucilla Sioli is the Head of the "European Semester and knowledge base" unit within Directorate-General CONNECT. Her unit monitors trends and performance in the digital economy, is responsible for country monitoring in digital in the context of Europe2020 and for the publication of the Digital Agenda Scoreboard. The unit also manages the oversight of the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs which addresses the impact of ICT on labour markets. She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Southampton and one from the Catholic University of Milan and has been a civil servant with the European Commission since 1997.

    Ognian Zlatev is the Head of the European Commission Representation in Sofia as from 1st May 2013. He joined the European Commission as Head of Communications Unit of DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion in December 2011. He has over twenty years of professional experience in communication, media development and NGO management. His assignments took him to a number of transition societies and environments across the World (South-East Europe and Western Balkans, Southern Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East) where he worked as a consultant for international institutions (UNESCO, OSCE, The World Bank) and media (BBC).Before joining the European Commission, Ognian Zlatev served as Member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian National Television (the Public Service broadcaster). Prior to that he founded and managed the Media Development Center in Bulgaria, which was established in 1998 to promote the development of independent media in Bulgaria, foster media capacity building and boost networking and cross-border cooperation in South-East Europe. He was Director of the Information Centre for the Open Society Institute in Sofia, Manager of the BBC Centre in Bulgaria and Exchange Officer at the British Council office in Bulgaria.Ognian Zlatev is a member of the European Association of Communications Directors (EACD) since 2008. Ognian has numerous publications over the years.

    Dr. Anna-Marie Vilamovska is the Secretary for Healthcare Policy and Innovation Policy to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria. In 2015 she is one of the 100 leading innovators in Central and Eastern Europe in the annual ranking of Financial Times, Visgrad Fund, Google and ResPublica. She co-chairs the Presidential Councils for Science and Education and for Social and Economic Development. Anna-Marie also manages the Presidents’ “John Atanasoff” Outstanding Young IT Scientists and Entrepreneurs Awards. She is Ambassador in the eSkills and Watify Digital Entrepreneurship Campaign since 2014 and Sofia Tech Park Ambassador.Anna-Marie manages the “Bulgarian Christmas” Charity Initiative, the largest national philanthropic campaign. From 2003 to 2005 Anna-Marie designed pension system in Central and South Asia, the Middle East, and Central Europe for IBRD and IDA in Washington, D.C.     Sabina Aneva is a philologist and an expert in Library Studies and data base management. She was granted an MA in Bulgarian Philology and History by the Sofia University (1984). Her specialised training was at the National Library in Sofia (1984-1985) and in the International Center for Information Management Systems and Services (ICIMSS) in Torun, Poland. S. Aneva works in the field of Library and Information Technologies and Digital Libraries and prepares expert analyses of the existing library systems. She was a deputy director of the Central Library of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences between 1995 and 2012 (then also a national contact point for the ATHENA Project) and a deputy executive director at the NALIS Foundation between 2009 and 2015. S. Aneva is a member of the Bulgarian Library and Information Association (BLIA) and ICIMSS. At NALIS, her main responsibility is to deal with the integrated library system for the management of print collections used by two of the NALIS founders (i.e. ALEPH), teaches system librarians in MARC 21 and ALEPH and coordinates the NALIS associate members.

    Radka Atanasova is head teacher at the Professional School of Architecture, Building and Geodesy "Architect Kamen Petkov", Plovdiv. She has developed an interest in knowing more about ICT (information and communications technologies) and its application in the educational process. She has been experimenting for a long time now and has succeeded in combining work with both traditional and interactive teaching methods and strategies. She use ICT in her studies and constantly enrich her skills while doing so. She has participated in many different qualifications, seminars, competitions and conferences. She is an author of numerous interactive lessons, realized in real classes, using a variety of educational software products and electronic platforms. Her philosophy about education is that it needs to be progressive, suitable to the expectations of adolescents. In 2015, she and her students put into practice an experimental lesson in “Bulgarian language and literature” inside a virtual classroom in an electronic platform for online education in a virtual world, in which students and teachers are represented with their own avatars.

    Since 2013 she has been a mentor to students from the university of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendarski” for the project “Students’ practices” and she had the opportunity to submit her experience to future colleagues through it. Her biggest honorary was in 2015. She was the winner of the Grand prize for the XI national competition for educational-software products, for applying ICT in education in the categories "Methods" and "Software product."

    Kamen Spassov has MA engineering degree in automation of production with the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy  - Sofia. He graduated in 1984 and in 1992 he had already obtained a PhD. Assoc. Kamen Spassov has an international MBA and between 1998-1999 he studied at the Business School at the University of South Carolina, Columbia, USA, and the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria. He has specialized as senior state official in the field of information technologies for the deployment of e-government at the Korean Agency for Promotion of Digitalization Opportunities. He is the author of several publications and books on e-government.His professional experience dates back to 1985 with his teaching and scientific activity at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy  - Sofia. In 1992 he took the editor’s position with Computerworld Bulgaria and in 1993 he became deputy General Editor at PC Magazine Bulgaria. In the period 1994-1998 Kamen Spassov worked as an account manager at IBM Bulgaria, and from 1999 to 2000 he was a product marketing manager at MediaMap, Cambridge, USA.A year later, he became а director and editor of the TechReviews portal, CMP Media Internet Group, Boston, USA. From 2002 to 2003, Kamen Spasov is the CEO of Sipreem, and then from 2004 to 2005 is an IT consultant at UniCredit Bulbank. His professional development continues in the period 2003-2004 and 2006-2007 as a Coordinator at the Coordination Center for Information, Communication and Management Technologies, Council of Ministers. Kamen Spasov is a team leader for the development of electronic services for the district administration. In the period 2005-2006 he was a territorial manager of Tumbleweed Communications. From 2007 to 2011, he was the director of CRM TechnoLogica LTD systems. During this period, he was a team leader for the development of electronic services for municipal administration. His professional career includes the position Deputy-Minister of transport, IT and communications in the Caretaker Government in 2014.Since 2009 Kamen Spasov has been an Associate Professor at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ", Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics; and Head of the Master Program "E-business and e-government." During this period, he was also head of the Master Class in CRM - American University in Bulgaria and Economics. From 2013 projects related to eGovernment Laboratory eGovernment BAS have been developed and implemented under his leadership.
