Bulgaria According to the World Health Organization and European frame for policies and strategies for the 21st century Health 2020, the goal in the sphere of e-health is to achieve significant progress in the health improvement and wellfare of the population, decreasing the inequality, strengthening public health and providing health systems model focused on the person. How far has the development of e-health in Bulgaria got as per the European and national priorities, to what extent the national platform for e-health has been built, what are the contemporary facts and tendencies and European policies and strategies for 2016 – these will be only some of the questions to be answered during the 11th National Conference on e-Health. The conference is traditionally held with the support of the the Bulgarian Healthcare Parliamentary Committee of the 43rd National Assembly, the Bulgarian Ministry of Health, the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, the Bulgarian National Health Insurance Fund and the Bulgarian Red Cross.
